Can a Apex monitor 2 Ph probes and a 1 ORP Probe?

Yes but you need an expansion module. The base module can handle (1) temp, (1) pH and (1) pH or ORP. So to get 2 pH and an ORP you need another module.

I have mine monitoring my temp and ph on 2 different tanks. With the ORP module for each I could have it monitor all 3 for each tank (at least thats my understanding).
