Bubbles forming on brown algea?

Hey i just set a new light up on my tank. It is a HQI Metal halide, 14k 150w, after the first day i came home from work and there were bubbles covering the bottom of the tank sticking to some brown algea. Also my tank has only been set up for 3 and a half months so it is still cycling.

I have already tested the water and have done a water change. There is nothing wrong with the water. everything is with in normal limits.

Does anyone know why this happen and how to fix it?
