Marineland deep 300 gallon overflows

I jsut set this up and find one overflow of the is significantly lowder than the other and actually kind of annoying. Does anybody have any tips on how to quie these things down?

You can try installing a turn valve on your pump, you know like a manifold and turn down the flow a little,
Mine gurgle when I first turn the pump on but stop after like 5 min
