Powder Brown and Powder Blue Together?

One has to go unless you have a very large tank.

I lost a powder blue one time putting him in with a pre-established powder
brown and that was in a 180 gallon reef that was 20 years ago!

Not a good idea...... maybe in a 500 gallon plus...who knows....

I would not do it...definitely not.

man, í'd just added a powder blue in with a powder brown approx the same size. the new one is getting beat ụp i am trying to catch the brown out.

The shop I work at has both in a 175g, they are both about 6" and chase each other pretty often. No real damage is ever done though.

different specimen of fish, tank, environment means different results are
possible from the next guy's experience etc....

I would get one of them out.....
It is not just a matter of one killing theother....
IFFFFFF one of them stresses the other too much and it gets ICK
thennnnnnnnnnnnnn you have a bigger problem and risk of massive
tank wipe out....I have seen it...it aint a pretty picture....

I would definitely NOT take the chance...get one out is what I would do....
Just too risky.....

It will be bugger to get them out...you may have to remove every single friggin rock...they are damn fast fish both of them.....

mY FRIEND uses eggcrate to coral them into a corner of the tank and
nets them that way easier...keep feeding the tank for a while in that
same corner till everyone is used to going there for dinner hehehehe

The odds of it working is about close to the odds of the lottery. PBT's are very very territorial fish. Plus a 170 gallon tank for a PBT really isnt big enough as it is.

I'd just caught the brown powder via bottle trap. He is smart as hell.
