ID of iso pod

Discovered a few of these a couple days ago. I was able to catch one with a shot glass.

I have tried researching these and couldn't find the white ones like this. I know some are very bad and then some are ok, not sure which one this is though. Caught it as I was doing a final look before bed.

Think that is one of the good ones. Think the bad ones have large black eyes.

I really hope so, I ended up throwing it back in since I couldn't find anything saying it was bad. Mostly looks like it was designed for digging in the sand so hopefully it's just a scavenger.

If it does anything bad I'll let every one know. There's a few of them and most of them are all about 1/2" big. Nearing the size of our dwarf seahorse lol.

I feel better about em now that I couple positive id's on them. After seeing some of those video's on the gigantic iso's I was starting to worry. From what I've read up on iso's these things can reproduce pretty fast so if I'm lucky the baby's will make they're way up to the main tank for some extra fish food.
