You could buy or DIY one of these ozone reactors. http://www.marinetechnical.com/page6.html

Coralife Super Skimmers are supposed to be ozone safe. You can get a used one for less than $50 if you're patient.

I had an ASM-1 on a 140 gallon tank and switched to a SKC 160. The amount of Skimmate tripled. Also the ORP went from a high value of 300 to 360.
This is without ozone. When I run ozone it goes on at 365 and off at 385 with my Apex unit.
The water clarity is as good as with ozone. I don't run the ozone unit at this time. I originally ran it to keep disease down. It is easier to say away from powder brown tangs in my case which are ick magnets IMO.
The SKC 160 is $275 and the SKC 120 is $225. The reviews on these units are spectacular. Search reefcentral. My corals are thriving and growing with the new skimmer.

In the past I have used a seaclone with my ozonizer. They are cheap.
