I posted this in the Lighting, Filtration Etc. but i didnt get a reply so here it goes...

Alright well heres what is going on, today i bought an Aquamedic Turboflotor Multi SL Protein Skimmer and for $75 without a pump I need advice on getting a new one, i have a 75 gal setup right now so the pump dosent have to be that powerful and I can spend about 50 bucks on one I can do mods and stuff but i was just curious at what yall thought.

ANY suggestions taken Thanks,

Thanks

No response in the equipment forum? Well, there's probably not so many people who are equipment-savvy here. I can't help personally, sigh!

Google search shows the original pump is an Ocean Runner 1700. Dont know much about that particular skimmer, but if you want to replace the pump with the original, that should work.
