what do you use to supplement frozen food

So my pajama cardinals only will eat frozen still and I was wondering what is the name of the supplements you all soak your food in?

i soak mine in vita chem and garlic guard. I will also soak my prime reef flake food in it also.

do you alternate or soak your food in both at the same time?

When I supplement, I vary it. Sometimes both. Sometimes only once. I don't always soak in supplements. I do garlic and vitamins a few times a week. But, my fish aren't very finicky. They love their flake and frozen.

Or just feed Rod's frozen food. My fish turn into Piranha's when fed Rod's. My corals also love the stuff.
