So I decided that there was too much flow in my tank so I went to move out my K3 and the swivel arm just snapped. Question is can I get a replacement somewhere?

ouch, happened to my K2.
I just leave it swinging in the corner, still gives good flow, just not the direction I want.
I tried superglueing it, but it just wouldn't work.

this happened to me to. I drilled it out of the back and pushed the rest of the red arm back in to the drilled out hole. works fine

Same thing happened to my K2 as well. I glued it, let it dry, glued it, let it dry...etc...and have had no problems since. It may not look pretty but is strong. Just be careful with the glue so it doesnt seep into the pivoting points. When i have to adjust it, i just do so with great care.

It may be a good time to upgrade to one of their new evo pumps if the glue doesn't work out.

Call Hydor. They will send you a new one for free. It happened to me, and I just had to pull out the old rod out with a pair of pliers and stick a new one in.
