Does cooking rock process kills all planaria?

Interesting question. I would imagine that it is partially dependent on the amount of time that your process takes. They need food and nutrients to live. If you are proactively removing nutrients via water changes and keep the rock in there long enough, it would stand to reason that they would eventually starve. The time it would take however is unknown to me. Would it also kill ALL (absolutely 100% no matter what), that would always be a risk without other processes (i.e. bleach, drying the rock out, fwe, etc).

I plan to tear down my 1000 GL tank soon. (imagine how much hussle it will be) Any idea on how to make sure that they don't come back? Currently I am cooking a batch of the old rocks which I plan to redo the tank. I set up a 80 gl tank where I will perform FWE treaments on the corals and fish. Should I do the same on the rocks after cooking them 3 months?
