Anemones splitting,help removing

My bubble tip anemone has split four times now and is taking up nearly half the tank.
Are there any new methods of how to remove them? I have read about the ice cube method and the power head way. Are there any other ways?
The lfs said to bring in the rock and they will exchange it but their rock doesn't look as good as mine.

This works. Also touch the foot with a credit card to annoy him . He'll let go eventually
