I'm almost sure it's not enough, but I could be completely wrong. Let us know how it works.

My thought process was, if it can germinate and keep seedlings alive then chaeto should be okay... but only time will tell.

anyone else have an opinion?

I had also bought some grow lights from them for my tank. however the ones i got are these:

I have them on my 16" deep tank and they are barely strong enough for my GBTA. I have some radioactive dragon eye zoos and eagle eye zoos under them and they have doubled in three weeks. However my xenias are barely surviving too. So these lights are only okay for low lighting required corals...

i dont have my pictures right now but if you like i can post them later.
