So I was messing around with my tank last night and happened to be looking at the tank with a flashlight and a bunch of these bugs came towards the light. They were about 1/8" and long and thin and were swimming in the open water faster than my fish. They almost look like mini bristleworms but they were swimming way too fast. I'm assuming they're some kind of pod but they don't look very shrimp like and move faster than any pod I've ever seen, they almost look like a mini mini centipede. There were some white and some redish/orange.

They are not flatworms I'm sure of that because they were just moving waaaaaaaay too fast. I did loose my sixline wrasse about 1-2 months ago and never saw them when he was in the tank which leads me to believe they're some kind of pod... Well I attempted to take some videos but it was hard because they swim so fast... Have a look...

Some kind of phyllodocid.

Which is about as useful as calling it a worm.
