i am going to be setting up a 20 gallon long macro only tank and need help with lighting.

no corals will be in this tank at all... just macros and inverts... and maybe a small fish if it will leave my inverts alone or the inverts i decide on,wont make a snack out of it...lol

so my question is,

what type of lighting would work?
spectrum?

i really like t5HOs, i run 6 on my DT....

looking to do this cheaply but have it not look cheap ;)

also i would like it to be dual bulbs-so if i chose i can switch up the bulbs a bit...

the tank is 30x12x12

any links on some decent fixtures that will grow my macros like mad...

thanks!!
