Need advice on LED driver

I'm just about ready to order my diy led kit from rapid led http://www.rapidled.com/servlet/the-53/24-Ultra-Premium-LED/Detail but i just noticed that the drivers that it comes with are both

*Mean Well LPC-35-700W driver
*Mean Well LPC-60-1050 driver

And from what I have read on most threads people are using the

*Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable driver

I'd like to be able to adjust my lights, but will I be able to with the kit linked above? I just don't understand drivers. Can someone explain the difference or tell me which ones I should go with?

The drivers in the kit from rapid led are not dimmable, but you can get them dimmable just ask.. and the 2 diff. drives are for the white and blue
