Turnover Help

I'm trying trying to figure out which pump I need to purchase for my tank. My setup is a 29g drilled tank w/ a 10g sump. There is about a 4 foot vertical jump w/ 3 90 degree elbows and a fourth to empty the water into the tank. I would ideally like a 10g/hr turnover rate I think. Is that too high? I forget the pipe dimensions, but will post them when I get home. I'm pretty sure that the overflow is 1.5" and the return is 1" though. Thanks in advance.

need more info to give good recomendations but remember one thing you don't want to much flow threw sump if you need more tank turns best to do that with closed loop or powerheads

Okay, so the return is a 1" and the overflow is a 1.25". What else would you need? I havea Vortech MP20 as well so I guess maybe ~6x/hr would be good?
