Need Help Identifying!!

This stuff is popping up all over my tank and i'm not sure what it is. it has shown up in multiple places across my tank and i'm wondering if its something that is bad and should be removed.

emerald crabs eat those.

or u can lower po4 and no3.

I kinda like them though lol

have some in seahorse tank

So this stuff isn't really bad? i feel like it might take over the tank.
