Found this guy in my rock tonight, fist pass i thought it was one of my emerald crabs

Coral safe, probably.
Fish safe, maybe for now , but somewhere along the line it wont be.

Looks like an anemone crab to me which is reef safe.

emeralds=not reef safe. I had 3 different ones all decide to start eating my SPS, out of the blue.

Only reef safe crab I've found is the porcelain crab. That guy? I'm not so sure he'll be safe. Only time will tell!

i don't trust crabs of any kind. you never know when they will turn.

From the size of the claw I would say not reef safe.
