Help w/ API Nitrate Test kit

I don't have a Nitrate problem, but I want to start keeping a weekely record of all my perameters. Please take a look at the pic below and tell me what you think the reading is.

I use the same test kit and thats what I interpret as 0.0.

First, thats an API phosphate test, not nitrate! I agree with James404 - a zero reading on your kit.
