Ballast ?

so this is prob a dumbbbb ? but i am wondering..... can i use a COARLIFE ballast (120v 96watt- used to run a square pin PC) to run 2 39 watt t5s? lol im clueless and i have 2 of these ballasts wondering if i can put them to use

Definately not a dumb question. I'm in the same situation as you. Moving my T5 retro into a MH/PC setup (in place of the PC). The PC ballasts look much more substantial compared with the T5s that I have. Hopefully someone will chime in, but I'd bet the response would be better in the lighting section.

well i brought the ballast to FAOIS today and they said would work aslong as you dont exceed the wattage the ballast pushes out
