Hi Roger

I have a 6205 that has been working great for awhile now. I pulled it apart to clean and do routine maintenance, and placed it back in the tank. I noticed the next day it was no longer working. I unplugged and plugged it back in w/ no go. I left it unplugged for a few hours and pulled it out to send it off for repair... Just for kicks I plugged it in out of water and it started spinning. So in the tank it went. I have found over the last few days that it will go for a little while and stop, then I have to unplugged and let it sit for awhile before it will fire back up. Any ideas what is going on? Should I just send it in?

I pulled it apart several times to see if I re-assembled anything wrong but it all looks ok.

thanks
Mike

It is tough to say, it could be as simple as the drive unit being stuck to the metal shaft or placed on the shaft so the disk is in front instead of the back, but it is also possible ther is an electrical issue. I would send it in.
