I have had a short tentacle plate coral for about a year now and it is on a fast decline. My clown pair decided to start hosting the coral which causes sand to settle in its mouth. This has caused the skeleton to show around the mouth and in another patch on the main body. Can i get this coral to recover? Can it eat with the skeleton showing around the mouth. Doesn't look like there is any mouth left. I love this coral and i cleared the mouth as much as possible. Thank you for your help in advance.
