What are these things??

I've got a couple colonies of this stuff growing on my live rock... they look like baby aiptasia but i can tell they are not because they have a green oral disc... I'd take a picture but they're too small... anyone know what these things are?? should i be worried about them?

zoanthids perhaps?
GSP?
hydroids?

it's difficult if not impossible to give and accurate ID without a photo.... or DNA =)

they look kinda like tiny tiny zoanthids

they could very well be. i have five different sized zoo/palys some are less than a half centimeter across

maybe that's what they are... i'm just not sure how these things start growing all of a sudden... the oral disc on one of them is about 1mm in size...
