Is there a water temp controler for fans?
A probe that measures the temp but has a outlet that will turn on a fan when water reaches set point

I haven't seen one specifically set up that way, but there are a number of controllers that can do that among other things. The RKL is $99 and can do it. The ACjr is around $200 and can do it. These both will do far more than that though and may be overkill for you. Ranco makes a great temp controller that is usually sold to control heaters and chillers, but it would turn on a fan as well. They are around $80 I believe.
