Suggestion for the Hanna

Hi,

I recently purchased the Phosphate and URL Nitrite checkers. I think you need to redesign the plungers that go in the cuvets during shipping. I understand that you want the cuvets free of debris; however, I cracked two of them trying to get the plungers out (I was being super gentle as these things are fragile). I’m not alone on this either as my LFS had the same issue… Now I have to spend another $19 + shipping ($12) to replace these pieces. :mad2:

I know what you mean, I've done the same thing! I use little pliers to get them out. I will make sure that this issue is brought to the attention of Operations.
