epoxy on magnets ?

I want to water proof some magnets. Is it possible to use epoxy and is it tank safe?:bounce3:

I would think that would work fine. Just make sure to completely encase the magnets and use strong enough magnets that they still work through the epoxy.

thats what i did for my maxi jet bought some magnets and encased the magnet that goes in the water with epoxy putting worked good.

Thanx for the help . I just epoxy the magnets and now Ill let them soak in a cup of saltwater for a day and see if i get any rust . It was kind of a pain to do between sanding and all but I saved $ 17.00 and I dont have to wait on the mailman .:D
