what is everyone feeding frag systems

hi everyone I'm am building my frist stand alone frag system an wonderring what you guys are feeding your corals and how often this set up will be mostly sps corals

I feed 2-3 times a week with a concoction. I mix, Roto Feast, oyster eggs, DT's Photo, Cyclopeze, and Rods food. I mix them all with RO, and baste 1st thing in the AM. Right afetr lights on. I hit everything. Zoos, blastos, sps. I have seen great overall response.

what brand do you buy and who has the best deals on the stuff?

I buy them from a LFS. They are Reed Mariculture. I believe that DT's sells them too. They are super concentrated, so you only need a small amount in a 200 gallon system.
