I was thinking about purchasing a Reeflo Orca 200 Skimmer. Anyone have one of these? What are the opinions of this skimmer?

I have one and love it! It pulls a ton of junk.Mine is on a 300 total water vol. heavy stocked. No problem at all!

Good skimmers. What tank do you have and what is your bioload?

I have a 150 currently cycling.

A reeflo 200 might be a bit large on a 150. Might want to look at the SRO octopus line.

How big is the sump? The 200 may be fine on that system. They are well performing skimmers, you really never hear anything bad about them.

The only thing I don't particularly like about them is that they are kind of power hungry when compared to a Red Dragon/Bubble Blaster/Eheim powered skimmer.
