Tunze 7095 or 7096

pros and cons on the tunze 7095 vrs the 7096. The 7096 has a few more features than the 7095 but its quite a bit cheaper and as far as I have read its not the replacement for the 7095 just a cheaper alternative. Anyone using either of these?

for the reasons stated there, I am going with the 7096 due to the fact it can be upgraded with software
