Aqua C Remora Pro: Does using a Mag 5 pump enhance it over a Mag3?

I was thinking of switching my mag 3 pump on my Remora Pro to a Mag 5. I was thinking i read one time that it would make the skimmer a lot more effective. Any thoughts or comments? thanks

Only if you can swing the 5 down harder to break it into smaller pieces.
