Fourline wrasse eats cleaner shrimp

They cohabitated peacefully for 3 weeks. And now he just ate him.


Anybody else have this experience?

Personally, no. But, I'm not surprised. Other fish of the genus are known for eating shrimp or being so aggressive that they just attack them and don't eat them, both smaller and larger species. Six-lines and mystery wrasses are both notorious for it.
