MP40w Dry side making loud whistling noise?

My MP40w has recently started to make a very loud whistling noise. It is extremely loud :( . I needed flow in my tank so I left it on making the noise overnight. I woke up this morning and the dry side was still making the loud noise but the wetside propeller was not moving anymore. It was stuck and the screw/nut was spinning. Not sure what I should do. Someone please help I have no flow in my tank expect for my return :sad2:
