What spray paint safe for returns?

I am plumbing in my returns and they will be visible. Just wondering if any spray paints are safe to use on pvc that will be under water. If anyone can help I would appreciate it!

Many many MANY here use the Krylon fusion. Its the only one I'd consider (besides, its only like $3 a can anyway).
