Which fish first?

I have three fish in QT that are ready to go in the big tank, so I want help deciding which to add first. Skunk clown, rabbitfish, or a blue tang. The skunk and rabbitfish have been clean since the day I brought them home. The blue tang was good, then developed ich. Treated with cupramine and if now gone. Which is the best candidate for transfer to the 120, or is more then one appropriate at this time.
Ammonia 0, trite 0, trate ~5

Shouldn't be too much of a problem they are different body types and species so I wouldnt worry to much.

I would add them all at the same time before they get territories

Clown and rabbitfish are over. Thanks. I'll probably let those two go for a couple days and then add the tang, just to see how things go.
