found one in my hill of gsp, have no idea how it ended up in my tank, i have no other ones that i know of and am guessing this came in from the person that i got the gsp from. it will not be a problem correct? just a filter feeder? will it reproduce at all?

Good find. Yes just a filter feeder .
Keeping them in groups will encourage breeding. After reproduction , adult Featherduster Worms shed their feeding tentacles to prevent them from taking their own larvae. The tentacles start to regrow about 2 weeks later.
