Hi guys,

Does anyone know if the dimming module http://www.aquatronica.com/products-1/modules/acq441-bar-light-dimming can be used to dim a LED driver like the Mean Well ELN 60-48D https://www.reefledlights.com/products-page/driverspower-supplies/mean-well-eln-60-48d/ ?

Any if so, where do I buy this dimmer? I don't seem to be able to find it anywhere other than on www.aquatronica.com

I also asked this question in the aquatronica section, but thought that I might as well ask it here also, since alot of people don't read the aquatronica section.

The marketing fluff on the website does not provide enough information to answer your question. You need to determine the format of the signal that the device generates. If it is either 10v analog or 10v PWM, you are in luck. I'm guessing that it is 10v analog, since that's what most dimmable florescent ballasts accept, and the marketing material mentions dimming T5 "neon light bars."

It would also be nice to know the maximum current the device can source, so you can compute how many meanwells each channel can handle.
