UVL PC-R Lamps wich ones ?

Hello I am looking for a blueish look Kind of a 20K MH color for my 24G JBJ tank
what 2 lamps would you suggest that will give me this look ?

036w PC-R - UVL Actinic White
•Single Bulb Color (50% Actinic 03 / 50% Tri-Band White Spectrum)
•Color Temperature 12,000K

036w PC-R - UVL Combo (Actinic White/454nm)
•Actinic White - 50% Actinic 03 / 50% Tri-Band White Spectrum
•454 - 454nm Actinic Blue

036w PC-R - UVL Dual Actinic
•50% Actinic 03 / 50% 454nm Actinic Blue
•Color Temperature 12,000K

Is what I use. super awesome bulbs! There is a huge difference over my old 50/50 pc bulb for sure. That bulb will you give you that nice blue look you are aiming for.

you think using 2 of them I would get that blue look not a combo of 2 dif lamps

I am not sure what brand lamps I run now but one lamp is 03 blue booth tubes and the other lamp is a 50/50 10k and the other tube is more violet than blue guess 420nm ?

Does anyone know what the PAR readings are with these new bulbs?

I would assume the UVL lamps are better than the other brand of PC with the Internal Reflector
The result? Up to 50% more light* without upgrading or adding ballasts

Let's just put it this way. once I got these I saw PC's in a whole new light (pun intended). There is really a big difference over the coralife or the current sunpaq's that i have had in the past. :dance:

I have dual actinic 03/454 and one white/03 combo.

I have 3.36s upgrade kit.

the 50/50's i think I got them before I was supposed to though when I bought them. When I realized how well they worked I went to order a spare and the item was showing "for pre-order only" and shipping wouldn't start for a couple more weeks. I forget where I got them only because I ordered different things from like 3 different sites i will look to see if I have my invoice still. I got them for like $27.:dance:

The first one with blue only that you first saw is just one bulb on-that is ("03") 420/454 actinic.

Then I turns on other 2 bulbs that is white/454 and ("03") 420/454 actinic.

When I turns white/454 on it will quick look pinky but give some time and it will change from pink to light blue/white
I love all 3 combos it look great!
