I got a huge carpet of green star polyps growing on the wall of the overflow, its a plastic wall with a grainy surface, how could I remove them for fragging?

If the GSP where on glass probably a sharp razor could do the trick...

You can't just get a fingernail or something under the edge to peel up a bit, then grab the edge and pull it up slowly?

Dynamite.

Napalm?

I couldn't chisel it off my rocks to save my life....good luck.

AS lot of people suggest this and it rarely works. Been there, done that.

Can you try an old credit card?

Strange, always works for me.

Peel as much of it off as possible, scrape the rest when you are doing a water change to suck out anything you let loose in the water. If the surface is too rough use a plastic bush after you peel it.
