Setting_up two Tunze 6055 powerheads

I am having trouble setting up these two Tunze power heads. They are turning off and on by themselves. How can I set this up to have the variable speed setting from Min-30sec to Max-80sec?

Here are my current settings:

PF1
Sync: Disable
Div 10: Disable
Min Int: 30
Max Int: 80
Initial Off Time: 0
On Time: 8
Off Time: 8

PF2
Sync: Disable
Div 10: Disable
Min Int: 30
Max Int: 80
Initial Off Time: 8
On Time: 8
Off Time: 00

The Min and Max are intensity (0 - 100%). The Initial Off, On and Off times are your oscillation periods. So it looks like you've got it set to go from 30% to 80% on 8 second cycles. Is that what you were intending?
