As some of you know I was looking to move and now am closing on a house and moving this week. Good news is that the house I am moving to suits the family much better than where I am now and exactly what we were looking for. The bad news is that even though we are going into a much larger home, there is not a spot that I find suitable for my 180gal tank. The issue is that everywhere I'd want to put it there are windows, doorways, or heating. Then the few places it should go (for weight purpose) it will look way out of place. Oh well, guess I have to give a little to get a little, and its been fun owning a big tank, but looks like I'll be downsizing. Exactly to what I'm not sure. I have a 75 and 90 but would really like to find a 120. I also now have to figure out what I'm going to do with my 180. Really am going to miss this tank.

It has been a pleasure gettign to know you over the past couple years Jeff...since the very first ARK meeting at the library. You will be missed. The house situation sounds like a real win for the family, too bad about having to sacrifice the big tank, but it will all be worth it Im sure.

Let me know if you need any help.

Same here Jeff. Let me know if you need a hand.

My first coral is from you (through the ARK coral share program) and it remains one of my favorites.

Good luck on the rest of the closing process and the move. As Seth said, it sounds like a great move for the entire family.

Jeff, is that heating baseboard heating? I've got the same problem with my 180, but I've closed the air vent flaps on the heaters behind the tank. That has always worked well for me.

Hate to see you lose that 180...

Thanks everyone. It has been great meeting all of you and I have learned alot. I won't cry over the 180, just need to convince the wife to let me put a slab addition onto the house so I can get a nice 10 footer. At least I can dream.

OHH just my little '79 and '83 rx-7's. Just finished towing them up to the new house last night. Today we pack the u-haul. I will be puting the 180 up for sale soon in its own thread because its just not going to fit.
