I have been unable to locate an Aquatronica dealer in the Massachusetts area. If some one can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. I recently took my unit out of service to sell, but both of the power strips it seems like the plastic housing began to disintegrate. When I went to pick them up, they came up in pieces(they have never been dropped). One also had 3 outlets that were beginning to slowly burn up. I had 3 x 400 halides(each having it's own outlet), a couple of powerheads, and four 12 volt computer type fans. On the other I had 3 X 500 watt heaters(each with it's own outlet),my top off and the solenoid from my ca reactor. Like I said, any help with this would be greatly appreciated. At this point, the unit is useless.

Yeah, it's a poor policy I believe that there's only 1 dealer in the entire US. They don't carry every module or item either and if you ask Aquarium Specialty about getting that item, they will tell you that it's too expensive for them to order you a 1-off item and that they are fully stocked, so they aren't ordering a "stocking" order for a long time.

Thanks for the reply, and I have to agree with the "poor policy" issue.

Does a representative from Aquatronica monitor this thread?

I think this situation should be changing soon with the announcement that Aquatronica have signed an agreement with Hydor USA to market the full line through their Hydor distributers with tech support and warranty issues being dealt with out of Hydors head office in Sacremento.

We have almost every Aquatronica part in stock at this time (almost). If it's something we don't have in stock then we will need to order it from Italy or Hydor if they have it.

Scott,

I've sent a few emails asking the same question over and over and you never reply.

In regards to the dosing pump, you sell the replacement plastic housing with the rollers in it. The cost is $65 on your site. Is that $65 for a single plastic housing or is that $65 for all 3 housings?

It's for a single housing. I'm don't know why you didn't get my emails but I do reacll reading an email from you about this and I'm pretty sure I replied at least once.

Wow, that's really expensive. It doesn't even make sense. The entire unit is $329 but it costs $195 just to replace the plastic housings with the rollers.
