Long story short I had a Sebae that I got from the LFS that wasn't going to work in my tank so he let me trade it for a BTA. It has pinkish tips and the foot is a brown color but the majority of the anemone looks to be a white color. From what I've read this means that he might be bleached? Is this the case with this anemone? If so, how do I nurse it back to health??

Yes, it's definitely bleached. Some people have had luck bringing them back to health, but most of them eventually start to fade, then die. (mine did) Frequent feedings would be a good place to start. Use some thawed mysis a couple of times a week.

Going by that pic it is pretty bleached yes, but at least it's attached and seems ok, could heal.
I agree, mysis a couple times a week, and leave it alone.
