I had the O-ring on my reactor break the first time I changed the media.. I would like to contact them for a replacement but I havent found the website..
Do they have a website?
Is there a better but affordable media reactor?

this is the closest I could find, the only replacement parts not listed is, of course, for reactors. It does provide contact info, though. hope this helps

I think they are in Camarillo. I contacted them once regarding a chiller.

They are located in camarillo if that helps.. Look in the manual and the part number for the spare o-ring is there. Contact your LFS and they should be able to order it for you from them if you cant get the MFG to send you one directly..

Call there and ask for Kevin, he handles their customer service. He may be hard to get a hold of but once you reach him, he will take good care of you.
