DC8 A05 stuck on.

I'm having trouble with my DC8 it seems A05 (stock settings). Is stuck on even if I manually turn it off, for now I moved the heater to another socket but anything I can do to diagnose, fix it? I'd like to have a dc8 not a dc7 ;)

the only fix I know of you can try hitting that outlet see if relay turns loose if not has to be sent into neptune for repair.

5 isnt a relay so that wont help.

Funny my number 5 stuck with my heater on it too. I had to send it to Curt for repair.

I have a EB8 and my #5 also is stuck in the on setting. It is pain because I wanted to use this outlet for a powerhead. I guess I will have you see about sending the unit in for repair.
