IceCap 175W MH wiring *old style*

hey all...
just wondering if anyone knows which pin goes to what on the old style ice cap MH ballasts?

i have one, but no wiring harness. was gonna fashion one to it, but there is no wiring diagram so im not sure which pin is which.

i have been searching around and can not find much other then use the red black white green etc wires... i did find an old harness (no wires) and will put pins in it...just need to know which pins
