anemones and flow

I have a 75 and plan on keeping sps. I always wanted a rbta but was worried if to much flow would make it unhappy. I never kept an anemone since I've been a reefer and just want to make sure it would be happy in a system with good flow.

Well, first off, define good flow, what is turnover rate?
other params would help too, time running, lighting.
I'm not a super big fan of BTA's or rock nems in an sps system, they do often wander, and if you don't have much exp in spotting what might work, it can be tough.

4500 gph not including my mag 7 return. I have led and t 5 lighting. Tank was a transfer from a 33 to a 75. Been up for about 3 months. What would be a good choice for an anemone in a sps system dacocean?

I just did a haddoni, it loved the LFS tank, hated mine. So I don't recommend a carpet.

So roughly 60x turnover, bit on the heavy side.
I'm not exp w/ carpets though they are sand dwellars(I know they get big, can be fish eaters more than others)
I would say a sebae(crispa) could handle that flow, maybe, but in that size tank it could be getting blasted if too close to PH's, tough call.
Malu and LTA are sand dwellars too, but I'm sure a LTA wouldn't like that flow.
You might get lucky w/ a BTA, if you could provide a lil island and it stayed there, or maybe a sand dwellar protected a lil bit by rocks maybe.
Equally as important you may want to decide what clowns you want and lean towards a natural host nem, check nem FAQ sticky above, also gives more detailed info on nem/clown care.

What about a ritteri? I know they are not a begginer nem but they like higher flow and they are a natural host for your clownfish.

IMO, wait a few more months before getting an anemone. A 3 month old tank isn't matured enough & water parameters aren't stable enough for an anemone to thrive. My RBTA likes good flow & attached to rock within minutes; it's midway in tank & hasn't moved more than 3 inches all year.

I'm in no hurry at all, just wanted some opinions so I am able to keep everything happy.
