Aside from regular water changes and calcium and alkalinity dosing, are there vitamins or other supplements I should be using in my tank?

Regular water changes have all the stuff that is needed. Nothing additional to add.

Would amino or vitamins benefit a reef tank?

Magnesium is another supplement I'd look into. There's a very good article on why in the Reef Chemistry forum under the Reef Articles sticky. Otherwise, I've never been a big fan of adding anything else. There are plenty of people who swear by things such as amino acids or various vitamins, but from what I've seen, there's been little or no scientific backing on their effectiveness. Of course, I've heard many glowing reports from people using amino acids with their SPS or Vitamin C with their zoanthids, so that's certainly not to say they don't do everything people say (OK, they probably don't do everything people say), but plenty of people run very successful reef tanks without them, so it's your call.
