dr foster and smith has some new frozen foods and I was wondering if anyone had used this before? It's called Rogger's Reef food. the ingredients look great and it even includes selcon.

I ordered some and have been using it recently. The Achilles Tang went for it like a beast.

Keep in mind that it does not have much moisture content in it and as a result it does not 'thaw' like other frozen foods, it stays together like a gel food would.

I thawed mine in a net and then broke it up some before feeding.

I dont use it as a solitary food as it is somewhat expensive, but I feed it a couple of times a week as a treat.

Again, the fish seem to love it.

roggers food is good. best to be fed on a clip in a mesh type bag so the fish can pick at it.

yup, it's the best. Put it in a mesh bag and then in a feeding clip thing.
