180 gallon tank

Hi,

I am planning my dream tank. I know that I want a 180g tank with star fire glass with a 36" tall cherry stand and canopy.

Please reply with places I can get one at a great discount.

sounds a lil small to be a dream tank ;)

im not familiar with tank manufacturs but miracles tanks is one i think has good reviews.

Ive been reading alot of threads and Ive seen the name glasscages mentioned quite a bit.

for that size tank is starfire even necessary?? I could see it on larger tanks where the glass is really thick but for a 180g I would just go get a standard tank at a local store. But do go as big as you can, even going with a 210/220g (my present temporary tank) only adds a few inches in depth vs a 180.

I like length, if I was building a dream tank it would be at least 8ft long. I actually wanted 12ft however when I was getting quotes the price doubled 10ft vs 12ft long so I went with 10ft. I am already regretting now going longer.... & deeper. Plumbing the tank this weekend
