If I have the same type like Lords, can I glue 4 to 6 of them together to make one big colony? I guess break off the plugs and glue the skeletons together.
Is this possible?

I would set them right next to each other first to see how they respond but if all is good after a week or two then i dont see why not.

+1 to the above stated. do a small experiment to make sure they can grow together and than glue away.

Hmmm, could be interesting to see how 2 different color morphs would react to being glued together. Might have to try it.

yes you surely can do it . i have done it and you can even purchase acan trios from wholesalers as they are already made exactly how you are asking if it can be done .

I would imagine glueing or epoxying the two plugs to one rock and letting them grow into each other would be a lot less stressfull to the corals.

I heard that if you put an ultra acan with a regular acan the ultra may start losing color. Kinda sounds like a wives tale but I read it here on RC so it must be true lol
